We’re proud to have Upper Lakes Foods as our food service distribution partner. Their company-wide green initiatives make LoLa proud.

• Truck fleet equipped with Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) to deliver near-zero emissions of nitrogen oxides (NOx).
• Recycling and composting program in the facility
• Energy saving lighting replacement throughout facility (working with MN Power program)
• Un-sold food donated to local food banks

They’re hard to keep on the shelf because people recognize the outstanding flavor and freshness of the eggs, but that’s what happens when chickens are eating well and running around, being happy.
